Leicestershire & Rutland Masonic Charity Association
In addition to the funds raised for the RMBI Festival, over the last year in excess of £97,000 was donated by Leicestershire and Rutland Freemasons to a wide range of local non-Masonic charitable institutions. It is a source of pride that all the funds we raise come through our own members and not from the general public. Amongst the recipients serving our own community were Home-Start Hinckley and District, Hastings High School, Hinckley Club for Young People, Menphys, and The Royal Anglian Regiment Benevolent Charity.

The end of the Festival was marked by a banquet in Leicester presided over by the Provincial Grand Master of Leicestershire and Rutland David Hagger and attended by over 800 guests and dignitaries - including the guest of honour representing the United Grand Lodge of England, Deputy Grand Master Jonathan Spence and the President of the RMBI, Willie Shackell.
